RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take pride in our workmanship but if your Beach Skirt is not up to your expectations please do let us know so we can work together to resolve it for you.
Our aim is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase and shopping experience so if you find The Beach Skirt it’s not your look or you’ve simply had a change in mind please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Arranging your return or exchange
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your purchase with the details of your order and what you would like to exchange or return.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition with proof of your receipt for a full refund (less postage). We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our Product Care Guidelines carefully. Please contact us if you need advice.
- Refunds and exchanges are only accepted on items purchased via the online store www.thebeachskirt.com. Refunds will be credited and will be confirmed by email. Handling and postage is not refunded.
- Once we have received your item, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.
- Please ensure the products you are returning are packed in waterproof packaging and sealed securely so returned items aren't damaged in transit.
- If you purchased your item at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
